My ISS 21321 has been languishing on a shelf for a number of years. I decided it needed a wall mount. Found a bracket on Thingiverse, adapted an old Ikea picture frame and added an led light strip. What do you think?

I got this metroplex for $35

Went to a comicbook store to spend some birthday money and almost left with just two 2 dollar minicons but then I saw there was a metroplex for 35 on display, he says its a knockoff from Japan but im not the type to scoff at a g1 metroplexjust because its not original.

In all seriousness, the comparisons between these two figures is obviously night and day. It's not that Lio Convoy absolutely *had* to be 100% animation accurate to look good in lion mode, but the decisions made in regards to the actual realization of a "realistic" Lion alt mode for him just leave him looking like the Lion that was forced to eat tofu from Futurama if he was also Nosferatu-The lack of actual eyes doing him no favors in conjunction with the fangs. In terms of improving that, yeah, this is definitely an improvement, but *it's not the only one they could've done*, necessarily. A good looking Lion mode in general would've been just as good. I'm not gonna argue with the aesthetics of this new version though; it is fucking sublime, and thanks to TFsource somehow having it in stock in I think December I had it in hand way earlier than anyone who preordered it on Pulse or BBTS, and I can tell you, it's just as good in person. Doll: Barbie Basics Collectible Ken Doll, Model 10 He does NOT look like he does in the packaging, well not his hair at least 😅 I know, I know, changes happen in the production stages! Couldn't they do a reshoot with the actual final product? Anyways, Mattel really can't do curly hair can they? He has the worst case of box hair, I was gonna cut his hair to look more like the model on the package but I kinda like his Mohawk (Undercut?) I redressed him as well.
